About Us
Gazebo Senior Living is a licensed Residential Care community that has been serving Vermont seniors and their families since 1985.

Our campus consists of two buildings: Gazebo North and Gazebo Apartments.
​
Gazebo North is known for its warm atmosphere and offers 33 spacious studio apartments. Currently, Gazebo North is operational and welcoming residents.
Meanwhile, we are actively revitalizing Gazebo Apartments to provide modern amenities and create a vibrant living environment. We anticipate that the renovated building will be ready for residents to move in by Spring of 2024.

Gazebo Senior living is owned and operated by Vermont-based company, Grand Senior Living. Owned by husband and wife, Dan and Rebecca Hassan, Grand Senior Living takes pride in providing outstanding senior housing options and services across their communities and clients.

Vergennes Grand in Vergennes, VT, is Grand Senior Living's newest community (www.vergennesgrand.com), currently under construction and scheduled for occupancy in late 2024. If you or a loved one are interested in reserving a unit here and require services now but would like to relocate to Vergennes Grand, please contact us soon. Any resident who moves into Gazebo Senior Living will have priority rights to relocate to Vergennes Grand when it opens!
